Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not have to create an account to order items online. However by creating an account, you will have access to the following information:

  • A fast, easy check out – because your details will be stored in our system already!
  • Order status – you’ll be able to see the status of any current orders
  • Past order history – just in case you need to check what you’ve already purchased
  • Update your details – you can easily change or update your account info
  • Change your password – or reset it, if you’ve forgotten

How long will delivery take?

All online orders will be processed within 24hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping within Australia – orders will arrive within 2-5 business days from time of posting depending on your location.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all suburbs in Victoria. For interstate orders and international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

How much is delivery?

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

For orders over $300, delivery is free within Victoria.

Delivery within Metro Melbourne is $15

Delivery within Victoria is $25

How can I check the status of my order?

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You can find a copy of your invoice on the email that is send when you place your order, or you can download it from here (your account page) Please note, if you do not make an account you do not have access to the ‘My account’ page

Can I pick up the products I have ordered?

Can I pick up the products I have ordered?

Yes, you can. Simply choose ‘Pick up’ as your shipping option when you place your order.

How do I place an order online?

How do I view my current order cart?

Items placed in your cart will be displayed on the left hand side of the website.

You can also view all items by clicking on the cart icon at the top right hand corner of the page.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

You can simply edit the quantity of an item by viewing your cart.

How do I delete an individual item from my cart?

Click on your cart to view all items and click the ‘x’ to the left of the product to delete it.

Can I save my cart and complete my order later?

Yes, you can. However you must login to you account for items to be saved.

How do I know that my order has been submitted correctly?

A confirmation page will be displayed to confirm your order. A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.

How do I print a copy of my processed order?

You will receive an emailing outlining your order that you can print. You can also access your order information through the My Account page.
